So much media space is given to the problems of climate change that we could all be forgiven for thinking that no-one had actually come up with ways of solving it.

Of course the problem affects different people and places in different ways – and different communities have different roles in tackling the problem – so there is no point in taking a ‘one size fits all’ approach. The solutions are as diverse and varied as the people who are implementing them. It’s up to us all to find out what suits our situation. We also need to think about how to influence decision-makers at a national and international level.
